Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Leadership: Oversee the daily running of the branch, manage a dedicated team, and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Business Strategy: Develop, implement, and review comprehensive business, marketing, and sales plans to achieve financial targets.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, gaining an intimate understanding of their needs by being actively involved in their enterprises.
- Sales & Profitability: Drive sales of merchandise, fertiliser, and agronomic services, while maintaining a strong focus on the "bottom line."
- A solid background in agribusiness, with a proven track record in management and rural retail.
- Excellent people management skills and a history of successful team leadership.
- Strong business acumen, including experience in developing and executing business strategies.
- Knowledge of rural merchandise, agronomy, chemicals, and fertiliser.
- A strong sales history and a balanced focus on both customer service and financial performance.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
- An understanding of and empathy for the rural community.
- Passion, drive, and the enthusiasm to motivate and manage a high-performing team.
