Sales Agronomist - St George

Our client, a well respected and highly successful Agribusiness is seeking an Agronomist to work in the St. George area of QLD.

They provide clients with the latest in agricultural technology through a diverse range of services. The successful candidate will focus on the development of the company's business whilst providing the latest in agronomic advice and current technology to maximise the performance of client enterprises.

Sound understanding of current agricultural production techniques with a high level of knowledge relating to agronomic and production practices. The successful candidate will have a high level of leadership, management and excellent communication skills. They will be comfortable in providing technical information to clients and have a good working knowledge of current agricultural nutritional and crop protection products.

Tertiary qualifications related to agronomy are essential; a background in a rural business and two years field experience would be an advantage. Ideally you will be an effective communicator and have a solid understanding in cropping systems, marketing and be computer literate. An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated to reflect proven experience.
