Our client is a highly successful Agribusiness seeking a Sales Agronomist to work in the Northern Rivers region of NSW. This location also offers a sought after lifestyle with full services of a large thriving community. The region is one of the states most diverse agricultural areas producing a wide range of diary, beef, cane and horticultural crops. You will provide growers with the latest in agricultural technology through a diverse range of crop protection products, seed, fertiliser and specialist plant nutrition services delivering profitable outcomes to all parties.

A good understanding of both pasture and cropping production is essential.
You will possess a sound understanding of current agricultural production techniques with a high level of knowledge relating to agronomic and production practices.
The successful candidate will have a high level of leadership, management and excellent communication skills. They will be comfortable in providing technical information to clients and have a good working knowledge of current agricultural nutritional and crop protection products.

Tertiary qualifications related to agronomy are highly regarded while commercial field experience and a background in a rural business is an advantage.
