Our client runs a large hay and cropping enterprise in the Pilbara (1.5 hours from Port Headland) alongside their Beef operation.
They are in need of a Hay and Crop Production Supervisor. This is a hands on role and requires someone with good tractor and farm machinery experience (hay production).
Ideally some form of irrigation experience would be beneficial but is not essential as the role will require you to operate and maintain Centre Pivot Irrigators.
A farm hand who is a mechanical minded person with fabrication experience would be a great starting point for this role.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Supervise Hay and Crop production

Tractor Operation
Planting
Cutting
Raking
Wrapping
Bailing
Equipment maintenance
Fabrication

Pivot irrigation:

Operating 20 centre pivots
Pivot maintenance
